Congratulations to our July 2021 CORE3 AOM, Hanna Howze!

Hanna has been with CFPC since February 2021. She started out just testing the waters with our x2 per week membership, but it did not take long until Hanna went all in and upgraded her membership to our CORE3 Unlimited. Here is what Hanna had to say about CFPC…

Before finding us, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations?

At the beginning of this year, my husband and I decided to start making healthier choices, life style changes, getting into shape, etc. We attempted to start working out at home. It didn’t take long for me to realize I was just missing something. In the previous year before Covid hit I had dropped in and tried a reboot class (thanks Hollie Hall). I thought to myself. Now this is what I am missing. So I messaged Brayden out of the blue. Said “I’m Coming back!” That was February 24. I haven’t looked back since.

How did your struggle and frustrations affect your life? What did you feel like before you made your transformation?
Before coming back to CFPC I struggled with self confidence, self-esteem, energy, and just over all wellness. I could tell the weight I was carrying around was starting to take its toll on my joints! I told myself I am too young to feel this old! I want to enjoy life with my family and run around with my kids! I work on my feet all day and at the time it was painful.
How did our program help you?
Group work outs work just for me, I am a very social
Person. There is always so much encouragement from athletes and coaches at CFPC. The CORE3 coaches have pushed me harder than I would have been able to do myself. I am grateful for that. I’ve come to truly LOVE a good HITT workout. Throw in a partner work out and it’s been a good week!
How is life different for you now?
Becoming stronger mentally and physically has been empowering. I no longer lack confidence in myself. Core3 and CFPC are home. I truly am grateful to be apart of a place that is so special.
