Joanna joined the CrossFit community in June 2016 in a joint effort with her husband to get back in shape after years of yo-yo dieting and a sedentary lifestyle. Coach Jo grew up active in sports including: cheerleading, volleyball, soccer, and basketball. However, after getting married, multiple pregnancies, and the daily stresses of life, she was left feeling tired, weak, and out of shape. Since joining CrossFit, Jo has not only gained strength, but she has also lost 65lbs and has transformed her health and body. Jo began coaching CrossFit in September 2018, and became our CORE3 Director of Operations in April 2021. She always has a smile on her face and has a passion for encouraging her athletes to have fun, aim high, and pursue their goals! Coach Jo is married to her husband, Luke, and has 5 children. You can catch Coach Jo at any point of the day helping keep CFPC running smooth and our athletes happy!
